\"\"Entry to the Passenger Terminal at the Port is allowed only with the approval of the Port Security Officer, who identifies the passenger, verifies their ticket, and directs them to the waiting areas (caf\u00e9 bar inside the Terminal) or to the passport control point. No passenger without a ticket is allowed to enter the Terminal. The recommended arrival time at the Terminal is 30 to 60 minutes before the ferry departure, influenced by the peak period. During the summer months, arrival should be 60 minutes before to avoid delays. Regarding entry to the Port, no individual is allowed entry without passing through the Port Security filter, presenting an ID card, stating the reason for entry, paying the fee, and obtaining a Visitor Card.
