TRANSPARENCY PROGRAM SEA PORT JSC. SARANDA<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Based on Article 7 of Law No. 119\/2014 \"On the Right to Information\", the Public Authority (Porti Detar SH.A. Sarand\u00eb, hereinafter \"PDS sh.a\") publishes its Transparency Program (hereinafter \"TP\") approved by the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter \"Commissioner\"). PDS sh.a publishes information according to its functional activities and will review and update the TP in any case of changes in institutional activities, the regulatory legal framework, or any other element related to proactive transparency. The TP of PDS sh.a specifies the categories of information required to be made public. Public information without request must be: complete, accurate, up-to-date, easy to consult, understandable, easily accessible, and consistent with the original documents in the possession of PDS sh.a. Additionally, before publishing information, PDS sh.a evaluates whether there are any legal restrictions on publication.<\/span><\/p>

The TP specifies the categories of information required to be made public, the method of publication, and the legal provisions from which the obligation to publish arises. In publishing information, PDS sh.a takes into account the public interest and ensures easy access to public information.<\/span><\/p>
